Recycling Group Finder
The Recycling Group Finder web application was created to solve the problem of there being no good search for Freecycle groups (including on the Freecycle site itself). It has expanded to include many other group types and is currently the best place to find Recycling Groups on the internet.
The site makes extensive use of the Google maps and geocoding APIs as well as memcached for caching serving over 1000 unique users per day.
